Hotel was very clean. Beds were very comfortable room was very spacious water pressure was excellent. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps coffee and tea in the lobby considering people are getting up all hours of the night to catch flights. Other than that an exceptional hotel, I would stay there again.

This is a clean and pleasant off-airport hotel. We spent the night here before flying out the next morning. It was clean and quiet. We were able to walk to an Indian restaurant. (The street is very wide and busy, so the walk was not pleasant, but there are some places to eat that are within walking distance.) In the morning it was a short 7 minute drive to the airport rental car return counter.

Everything. Friendly professional staff from the front desk to restaurant/bar to housekeeping etc. excellent customer service! Love the restaurant and bar at the location, clean, presentable and so convenient. The location is perfect near everything and short drive to other needs.

They were considerate enough to allow me an early check in once a room was available as I had arrived on a very early morning flight. The staff are friendly and communicate efficiently.

I didn't opt to have the breakfast, but the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

the room was very comfortable and clean. it had everything I needed. Very happy with the room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. They readily moved me to a new room when my tv didn’t work.

I loved being greeted by your friendly, and attentive staff. Smooth process of checking in, absolutely appreciate the free parking.

Free shuttle available if you call from the airport. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. The wifi worked well and there is a restaurant onsite. Overall comfortable stay. A bit pricey but I think that’s just the situation in Toronto.
